Information you send us
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the kind of help you need, your state, and a few related choices. You may also choose a preferred call time and tell us how you found the firm. The form does not include a box for the facts of your legal matter. Please save those details until the firm has checked for conflicts and an attorney asks for them.
Sending the form does not make you a client and does not create an attorney-client relationship. We use the information to review your inquiry, choose the right office or attorney for the first call, contact you, and keep a record of the request.
If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.
Information collected when you visit
Like most websites, this site and its service providers may process technical information needed to load, protect, and measure the site. That can include your IP address, browser and device information, page address, referring page, visit time, and campaign tags in a link.
We use that information to keep the site working, protect the contact form from automated abuse, understand which pages people use, and measure whether calls, booking clicks, and contact submissions work as intended.
Service providers
Hosting and security provider. This provider hosts and protects the site. Its automated-abuse prevention service checks whether a contact-form submission appears to come from a person rather than an automated program. The browser receives a challenge and sends a verification token to the site. The provider may process IP addresses and other network or request information while providing these services.
Lead management and first-party measurement provider. This provider carries contact-form submissions to the firm’s lead system and helps measure site use. Measurement may include page addresses and titles, referring pages, browser information, session identifiers, and campaign-source information. A contact submission includes the form fields described above.
Website analytics provider. This provider helps us understand visits and actions on the site. It may use first-party cookies and process browser, device, on-site activity, and IP information. The provider states that its analytics service does not log or store IP addresses. This site disables advertising-personalization signals.
Product analytics and session-replay provider. This provider helps us measure page views and specific actions, such as a phone-number click, booking click, contact-form step, submission, or error. Automatic click and form capture is turned off.
Session replay may be turned on for a limited sample of visits after the firm approves it. A replay shows how a page was used. Every input and all page text are masked in the browser before replay data is sent. Replay is never enabled on the contact page.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Links to another website are also governed by that website’s policy, not this one.
Global Privacy Control and browser choices
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load its website analytics or product analytics and session-replay providers. Global Privacy Control is a browser setting or extension that communicates an opt-out privacy preference to websites.
You can also limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect some measurement features, but the site’s legal information and contact details remain available.
How we use and share information
We use website information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the site, measure its use, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the firm or others.
We share information with service providers only as needed for hosting, security, measurement, lead delivery, and communication. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect legal rights and safety. We do not use website information for personalized advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including inquiry handling, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Retention can differ by system and type of record.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
