What happens next

  1. We call you back and ask a few short questions, so we book the right attorney.
  2. You meet the attorney in person, by phone or by video. The first meeting is a paid meeting, and we’ll tell you its fee when you book.
  3. You explain what’s going on in your own words. The attorney reads the papers you bring and tells you the next step, and whether we can take the matter on.
  4. If you go ahead, you get the fee in writing before any work begins. Estate planning and probate are each a flat fee. Court and filing expenses are additional to the fee.

Bring what you have: a will, a deed, a letter from the court. A missing paper won’t stop the meeting.
