Meet Justin Montgomery, Managing Partner
Justin Montgomery, a proud native of Sumter, South Carolina, has built a stellar legal career defined by dedication, skill, and results. After graduating high school in 2010, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina in 2014. During his college years, Justin worked with an organization supporting the city’s homeless community, which inspired him to pursue a career in law.
Justin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. Early in his career, he served as a public defender and lead attorney in hundreds of abuse and neglect cases, gaining extensive experience in advocacy and trial work. With over 500 cases completed and numerous trials in both family and criminal court, Justin has established himself as a formidable advocate for his clients.
His excellence in the field has been recognized nationally—Justin was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 in Family, Criminal, and Personal Injury law by The National Trial Lawyers.
As a licensed attorney in South Carolina, Justin is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues and achieve their ideal outcomes. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family and friends when he is not volunteering.
